Is you Anastasia Dipbrow dried out? Quick tip to restore it

Now this is not my tip but a tip straight from Anastasia. If you add a little baby oil to your dipbrow it will be as good as new! I'm definitely going to give this a try and also try it on my other gel liners that are a little dry.
