College beauty essentuals - get ready in a hury

I called upon my sister to get you ready for college! She tells you how to get ready in a hurry and what products are a must for every college girl or guy! :)

For the college girl skipping the shower in the morning  

It’s 7:20 and your final alarm went off on your phone. You have your 8am Bio class you’re dreading and the last thing you are worried about is looking cute and put together at the end of the week. Now I don’t have a cure for school blues, but I do have some tips for some quick essentials so you can at least look and feel better to start the day. Now, if you aren’t going to make it to the shower, I recommend starting off with some Clean & Clear morning burst facial cleanser that goes for about $4.94. This will give you the little boost to feel refreshed first thing.  Polish off with Olay moisturizer to hydrate that pretty face.  

If your hair isn’t a rat’s nest that needs to be washed, you can spray some of my favorite dry shampoo, Batiste, to help look like you didn’t just rub it around on your pillow dreaming of Ryan Gosling. The dry shampoo will also add some volume and smells better than your drool. If it’s definitely going up, there are some super cute headwraps at Forver21 that are cheap and will do the job and are a little more dressy than just a messy bun.

If you are like me, what I’m mostly OCD about is my lips. I always have to have something on those suckers. (No pun intended) My new favorite chap stick is Nivea,  A Kiss of Moisture that sets you back about $3.00. It feels like silk with no crazy color. If you want a little bit of color to catch the eye of that hottie that’s sitting a couple rows ahead of you, try Maybelline’s Baby Lips in Berry Crush. This will give you that subtle but juicy look without feeling like THAT girl with red lips at 8:15 in the morning. If you are that girl, more power to you sister, stay fierce. Most importantly, brush your teeth and smile. You are an empowered woman filling that brain with knowledge. Get after it, shower later.
