Neutral eye with a pop of blue tutorial

For this look I used the BH Cosmetics 28 neutral palette. The shadows don't have names, so I will just describe them. Really any similar color will work! Use what ya got. :)
1. Prime eyes
2. use a white base like NYX jumbo pencil in milk all over the lid
3. apply a light brown in and above the crease as a transition color
4. apply a medium matte brown in the crease and blend into the light brown
5. use a light golden shadow on the lid wet and pat on all over your lid
6. apply your liquid liner with a small wing
7. now darken the outer V with a dark brown and then blend into the medium and light brown
8. line your water line with a dark brown or black liner
9. smudge the liner out with a medium shimmery brown
10. highlight brow bone with a champagne color
11. now for the fun part! just in the inner 1/3 of the eye apply a fun color! Here I used a bright metallic blue, but purple, hot pink, lime green or emerald green would be pretty too! Just have fun with it!
12. apply mascara and false lashes if you wish.
And your done!
