1. Keep the undereye moisturizered
2. Apply a primer (yes a primer to the undereye) smashbox has a nice one and Benefit does too.
3. Start with a corrector, something with a peach or salmon undertone like Pixi brightening peach.
4. Now your concealer. My all time favorite is Mac Pro Longwear. I also like the concealer from Jane cosmetics.
5. Set it. This can be the tricky part. Some powders can show all of your wrinkles or take away the brightness. My favorite setting powders for under my eyes are Bare Minerals Well Rested and Mac emphasize.
Now I know it sounds like a lot of steps but when you have dark circles you don't care! :)
